Individual, Couples, and Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW) and with over 10 years of clinical experience. I provide individuals, couples, and families in-person and telehealth psychotherapy services. I am passionate about helping individuals work through life’s challenges and achieve a healthy sense of balance, self-understanding, and self-love. I work with clients of all ages to overcome mood disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, lack of motivation, life-stage issues, and feelings of being stuck. In my practice, I use solution-oriented, strength-based, and evidence-based approaches to treatment. I believe every individual is unique, with powerful and positive attributes that can be enhanced to create a new sense of inner peace. I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, motivational dialogue, breathwork, and compassion-focused therapy into the treatment process.
I speak multiple languages (English, Russian, and Spanish). I work with clients from all walks of life and constantly strive to help them find their inner strengths while transforming negative self-narratives into positive internal beliefs. Outside of the clinical space, I have helped motivate hundreds of young adults and children as a fencing coach, as well as performed consulting duties in the senior long-term-care industry.
I love my chosen profession. It is constantly changing and the need is always growing. Seeing people heal from issues that impact them in a negative way pushes me forward every day.
