Building Empathic Connection with Loved Ones

Learn a unique approach to building rapport with family members, colleagues, and peers. Metacommunication strategies (‘communicating about communication’) and various communications will be addressed. Some topics covered will be mirroring dialogue, validation building, empathic conversations, and active listening. We will also explore creating quick positive connections based on shared experience while reviewing how to avoid negative rapport. This program is excellent for parents, corporate professionals, and students.
