Silver Lining Behavioral Health

Due to escalating incidents of anti-Semitism, Silver Lining Behavioral Health would like to offer a complimentary weekly, online support group, focusing on anxiety and trauma impacting the Jewish community. The group will launch on November 20th, and continue for six weeks.

We will incorporate discussion on what it means to feel safe, options for safety, coping with trauma, and anti-Semitism’s effect on mental health. There will be an educational component, as well as optional participation in processing emotions.

The group facilitators may include additional speakers on topics such as safety, assessing potentially violent situations, and techniques in emotional regulation.

For questions, please contact Eugene Roginsky LCSW via email (Eugene@SilveLiningUs.com ).

Those who RSVP, will receive a Zoom link on the day of the program.

Be safe.

You are not alone.
