Meet Our Team

Erin Vogt has worked as a clinician since 2000 and utilizes a client-centered, collaborative, and supportive style.

She concentrates in serving older adults, as well as adults with elder care/family caregiver concerns; those living with advanced or terminal illness and their loved ones; and those who are grieving.

She earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, and advanced certifications in Palliative Care and Hospice Social Work, and Care Management

 Her experience includes adult protective services, hospital outpatient care management, client services in an elder law firm, end of life support, and serving as a adjunct college professor.
